Membership of the wellness centre is open only to members of
Sarvapriya Club and is by invitation only. Acceptance is wholly
at the discretion of the management.

The members shall have only user rights of the facilities of the
club, as per the terms and conditions of membership/rules and
regulations framed from time to time, without any lien on the
property and assets of Sarvapriya
Club.
3.
The membership is open to persons above 16 years of age only.
4.
Membership of the Wellness Centre will be provided on payment of
appropriate charges and will be valid for a specific period
only. After expiry, can be further renewed on payment of
applicable fees. All membership fees are payable in advance
which is non transferable and non refundable.
5.
Members will be required to strictly carry their card for
availing of facilities at the wellness centre. The cards will
need to be deposited at the reception and each visit by a member
will need to be registered. The card will be returned to the
member at the time of his leaving the wellness centre.
6.
Members are requested to strictly follow guidelines and
instructions of our trained instructors to avoid mishap during
their scheduled workouts. Members should seek assistance from
their instructors should they want any changes in their
scheduled workouts.
7.
Members should always replace the health club equipments in
their places after their workout schedule to facilitate easy
access and use of the same by other members for their workouts.
All movable equipment after use should be kept in the original
places and should not be moved elsewhere.
8.
The
management may suspend/cancel/terminate the membership of any
member in case of any misconduct and or in-discipline committed
by the member or his/her dependants/ and the decision of the
management in this regard shall be final and binding on such
member.
9.
The management reserves the right to change/ alter/ amend any
membership admission fees, annual charges. Subscriptions rates
and charges of the services at the wellness centre at their sole
discretion at any time without notice
10.
The Wellness Centre and The Sarvapriya Club will not be
liable for any loss or damage to property whatsoever or any
bodily injuries, death or illness of any member and / or his/
their spouse/ dependants/ guests/attendants in the “Sarvapriya
Club” premises, how-so-ever caused, sustained or incurred
arising out of or in any way connected with the use, whether
proper or otherwise, of any of the equipment and or facilities
whether directive or not of the club.

Any loss or damage to the equipment and the property of the
health club will have to be made good by the member concerned.
12.
Members
under the influence of Alcohol and other illegal stimulants will
not be permitted to enter the premises.
13.
Any member bringing guests to the wellness centre must enter
their names as also his/her name in the guest book. Guest
charges will be charged as applicable from time to time and
notified to the members. Restrictions may be imposed on bringing
guests during peak hours as the facilities of the wellness
centre are primarily for its members.
14.
Members have to abide by appropriate Dress Code, which shall be
notified from time to time. Appropriate Athletic/ Sports
Clothing, Sports Socks and Athletic Foot Wear must be worn in
the wellness centre. Members must carry their own towels to wipe
themselves after a workout. As a matter of custom and Etiquette,
removal of T shirts/ Uppers is not permitted in the exercise
area. Members with incorrect attire and footwear will be denied
access to the exercise area for reasons of safety and security.
15.
Changing of clothes is only allowed in the changing rooms.
16.
Locker facilities are for use only while a member is utilizing
the wellness centre. Locker keys must be returned before leaving
the wellness centre.
17.
The wellness centre is a strictly non-smoking area. Food and
beverage items are not allowed to be carried in.
18.
The wellness centre has no credit facility and all expenses
incurred must be settled directly.
19.
The wellness centre will operate from 7 am to 10 pm. The timings
may be amended by the management based on the
requirements of its members, while adhering to the laws of the
country.
20.
Members are responsible for reading any notices displayed on the
club notice board.
21.
For
couples and family membership, each person has to fill in a
separate form and sign the declaration.
I have read the above terms and conditions of Sarvapriya Club
and agree to abide by them.
